Save the Date
Save the date cards are a great way of announcing your wedding date to guests in advance of your invitations. It ensures that they keep the date free, and are available in each of our stationery ranges so that they match your invitations. This is most advisable if you are having a summer wedding. You should give as much information as you have at the time. Save the date cards are supplied 100x100mm or 120x120mm and also come with a matching envelope.
Daytime Invitations
These are available in all of our designs and can be displayed in four ways. Standard folding card with matching paper insert, Pocket Style Invitation with Card Insert, Wallet style Invitation with up to four card inserts of your choice for menu, travel, wedding list, RSVP etc or the boxed scroll, which is a scroll tied with ribbon and displayed in a box of your colour choice. Co-ordinating Envelopes are provided with all styles of invitation except the scroll box for which postal boxes are available at a small additional cost. It is traditional to send these out at least 6-8 weeks prior to the day of your wedding. You would normally need one per household. If you do not order enough that do not worry we can make additional units for you if required.
Evening Invitations
These are available as daytime invitations, however, evening Invitations can be quite costly if you are inviting a lot of guests, so to reduce costs we offer a flat card Evening Invitation which does not have an insert but still matches the design range that you have chosen. These are only available when ordering together with daytime invitations. Co-ordinating Envelopes are provided with all styles of invitation except the scroll box for which postal boxes are available at a small additional cost
RSVP or Reply Cards
These are sent out with your invitations and depending on your choice and size of invitation these are supplied as a flat card either 100x100mm or 120x120mm with a matching envelope. If you choose to have a wallet style invitation your rsvp card is included Free of charge.
Order of Service/Order of the Day
These again are available in all of our designs and can be displayed either on standard card with several pages of paper insert or as a scroll design which is two page tied with a ribbon with your design inside. These are available unboxed or boxed as a keepsake for your guests. The wording for the order of service/order of the day must first be agreed with your church or venue before we can start to print the inside inserts. The outers can be producted beforehand. You should have at least one per couple, excluding children under 10, and of course do not forget the most important people the bride and groom. You may also need to supply these for the choir, but these can be provided without the card cover at a reduced cost.
Menu's
Every design available these can be made in extra large tall size for a centrepiece on your table or standard size to match the design range. We reccomend at least one per table.
Place Cards
These are available in every design range and usually takes one embellishment from your invitation design with your chosen card and papers. The names are printed onto the place cards free of charge but must be provided as a text document via e-mail.
Table Name/Number Cards
Any size that you wish. These can be made with Handmade wire numbers, card cut numbers or simply printed with your chosen design added. Both sides will be decorated in your chosen style. Stands for these can be hired for an additional cost which is fully refundable once the stands are returned. If you would like these freestanding the best choice is our tall card.
Table Plans
Eleborate, beautiful and a pleasure to create. These can be produced in three sizes A3, A2 and A1 and are supplied framed or unframed. The framed version is available in four wood finishes or silver and gold. The unframed version is displayed on an artists board and continues the very handmade feel. The size you choose is really a matter of how many guest tables you have and how these are being placed. We also offer the hire of either a desktop or freestanding top quality artists easel. Once again the hire cost is fully refundable once the easel's are returned in adequate condition.
Thank you Cards
Continue with your chosen design theme and send your guests a thankyou card following your wedding day. Thank them for just being there and of course for any gifts that you have received. We do a flat card version of the thankyou card for a reduced cost if you have a large amount of thank you cards to send.
Guest Books
Add the WOW factor and have something really special as a keepsake for your day. A handmade personalised guest book with your names inside and specially designed colour co-ordinated pages to carry your theme throughout the book. Available in lots of colours and finishes. All guest books are supplied in a matching hand decorated box. Each book has 40 pages (80 sides) with two guests to each page.
Photograph Albums
The same as our guest books with 20 pages (40 sides). Each page has a protective embossed tissue cover. The front and matching box are hand decorated in your design.
Keepsake Books
These are a beautiful way to remember your day in years to come. Presented in a matching box, these books contain one full sample of each of your wedding stationery items. This can include, save the date, daytime invitations, evening invitations, rsvp card, order of service, menu, table number, place card's (bride and groom), Thank you cards and pictures of your table plan and decorated tables on the day of your wedding. The are embellished with your design on every page and the guest names can be added in full for a complete record of the stationery you had on your day.
Decorated Disposable Cameras
We have available disposable cameras in our online shop that are priced from £2.99 each. We can provide hand decorated versions of these for £4.15 each. Each camera comes with a matching hand decorated card asking guests to take photographs on their table.
