A guide of how and when to order your Wedding Stationery
How do I receive a sample?
Our designs are handmade and not only visually beautiful but have layers and many embellishments that you can touch and feel. Because of this it is hard to truly appreciate the design quality without seeing our work in live form. Samples are available to order online and are charged at the unit cost for one invitation. We offer one free sample to every customer. Additional samples are charged as indicated above, however, if you proceed to order your stationery from us, we will refund the value of up to three samples against your final order. Is there any way I can see all of your designs in a catalogue?
We do not produce a paper catalogue as this would not show the true quality of our designs. However, we do offer free home consultations within a 25 mile radius of Newcastle under Lyme. You can also see all of our designs at Celebrations Balloons, 34 High Street, Wolstanton where our catalogues are displayed. I can't see a design on your website that matches my colour, can you make my stationery in other colours?
Yes! Any colour for any of the designs shown. We would usually ask for a swatch of the material you would like us to match to.
I have my own design idea's, do you offer a bespoke service?
We are happy to help with any design requirements that you may have. We stock a huge range of embellishments, ribbon and card in a vast array of colours and textures. We love working with a new idea and aim to produce something totally unique to you.
How soon do I need to place my order?
Around 4-6 months prior to your wedding date is a great time to start ordering the first part of your wedding stationery. This is usually daytime and evening invitations and any rsvp cards that you may require. If you require save the date cards these are usually ordered 9-12 months prior to your wedding date, especially for summer wedding's. Once you have received your rsvp's back from your guests you will have a good idea of how many order of service, menu's, table numbers, place cards and be on your way to planning your seating plan so that the table plan can be drafted. If you need a fast turn around we can usually take and complete an order within 14 days.
How much would I have to leave as a deposit?
We request 50% of order total upon booking your stationery. The remainder will be requested upon final proof being accepted for each individual item of your stationery.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card (via paypal - you must have an e-mail address, but do not have to register for anything), cheque and cash which can be sent by registered delivery or paid at Celebrations Balloons, 34 High Street, Wolstanton.
The sample you have sent is almost perfect, but I would like to make a few changes, is this O.K?
We are completly flexible and the sample is just this, a start on getting the stationery that you truly desire for your wedding. If you would like to change any of the details or combine designs than contact us and we can arrange for a new sample to be made for you. After all it is your wedding and we want you to be completely happy with the final product.
How is delivery made?
We hand deliver stationery within a 10 mile radius of newcastle under lyme. Any further and all items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed next day and must be signed for. This is the only service that we would use for sending your order due to the insurance and seperation from other mail which reduces possibility of any damage. If your parcel does arrive damaged, a full replacement order will be provided.
I do not live in the UK, do you deliver overseas?
Yes. We are happy to post to any country in the world and use Royal Mail International Signed for items outside of the UK. This delivery charge would be applied to your order.
